Responsabilities
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and business growth by effectively selling the client’s products or services.
Our client is recruiting for multiple different projects so the tasks might vary slightly but in general your responsabilities will include:
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, chat, and email to understand their needs and sell or promote products from the client.
- Utilize persuasive communication techniques to drive sales and upsell additional products or services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and sales details, using CRM software or other tools.
Requirements
To excel in this role, we are seeking native German, Dutch, French, Arabic, Polish, Italian speakers with a minimum B2 level of fluency in English.
As a Sales Representative, you should possess exceptional listening and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, dynamism, and a strong team spirit.
Goal-oriented mindset and strong time management skills.
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is the minimum requirement.
Must have EU valid working visa.
Willingness to move to Portugal.
