Responsabilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer needs by handling inbound customer support inquiries.
Our client is recruiting for multiple different projects so the tasks might vary slightly but in general your responsabilities will include:
- Provide precise and proficient customer service through email, chat support, and/or phone, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all interactions;
- Offer effective support for questions related to the company product or service ensuring that every customer inquiry is promptly and satisfactorily resolved;
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to effectively address and resolve customer inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to improve and contribute to internal knowledge base.
Requirements
To excel in this role, we are seeking native German/Dutch/French/Finnish/Hebrew and Czech speakers with a minimum B1 level of fluency in English.
As a Customer Service Representative, you should possess exceptional listening and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, dynamism, and a strong team spirit.
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is the minimum requirement.
Must have EU valid working visa.
Willingness to move to Portugal.
