Responsabilities
Examine and resolve issues faced by business customers and partners by identifying the most effective solutions;
Utilize chat, email, or phone channels to promptly address issues in accordance with established operating procedures;
Provide comprehensive support to customers regarding digital marketing products, efficiently troubleshooting issues as per specified process guidelines;
Escalate critical or complex queries to higher levels for prompt resolution, ensuring that no issue goes unresolved;
Adapt existing processes creatively to generate alternative solutions that cater to unique situations;
Offer assistance and guidance throughout the entire customer journey, fostering positive interactions and delivering exceptional support;
Requirements
To excel in this role, we are seeking native Norwegian/German/Dutch/French/Swedish/Hebrew and Italian speakers with a minimum B1 level of fluency in English.
As a Customer Care for Digital Marketing, you should possess exceptional listening and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, dynamism, and a strong team spirit.
A bachelor degree or equivalent qualification is the minimum requirement.
Interested in digital marketing and technologies in general.
Must have EU valid working visa.
Willingness to move to Portugal.
